Travel

On Saturday the 27th we left for the Netherlands to visit my family there. The flight went well. I only cried a few minutes and then I fell asleep! Finally I could visit "Oma", "Opa", aunt Suzanne and aunt Sarah! "Oma" had found toys that dad used to play with when he was my age. I was very happy to play with them in the same playpen that my dad had used. Aunt Suzanne and Sarah also played with me and "Oma" and "Opa" sang Dutch songs and read books for me. "Oma" and "Opa" had also made a nice new mattress in a small bed for me, but unfortunately I refused to sleep there.  I just wanted to lie next to mom and dad, and I was driving my mom and dad crazy since their bed was only 1,20 m. Every night I was awake at least 3 times... Well, I was very happy during daytime. I tried different vegetables that "Oma" and "Opa" boiled for me. On New Year's Eve we had a nice day! We visited the sheep. I actually saved one of them. She was lying on her back when we came, and would probably have died if I had not insisted on seeing the sheep. The fireworks were very loud, but I slept through all of them! The flight home went very well. My parents sang for me and I was smiling and playing the whole flight!!!!
